Denise Knouse Snyder is a member of the firm and focuses her practice on commercial law, bankruptcy law, civil litigation and corporate law.
Ms. Snyder received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from West Virginia University in 1992 where she graduated summa cum laude. She earned her law degree from West Virginia University in 1995. While at West Virginia, Ms. Snyder was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Moot Court Board.
Ms. Snyder is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the United States Tax Court. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the West Virginia Bankruptcy Bar.
