K. Jason Lucas is an associate with the firm and focuses his practice on Real Estate Law, Mineral Law, Civil Litigation and Estate Planning.
Jason received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Ohio State University in 2002 where he majored in American History. He earned his law degree from the The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. Jason was a member of the Business Law Association, Sports Law Association, and the Public Interest Law Foundation.
Jason is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Jason is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Belmont County Bar Association.
Jason resides in Bethesda Ohio with his wife Carrie and their daughter Addison.
